Fantastic Mr. Fox - (92% Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes) Pick of the Week
With this animated adaptation of the Roald Dahl classic, director Wes Anderson moves from quirky films for adults, such as The Darjeeling Limited and The Royal Tenenbaums, to imaginative children's fare. Everyone seems to agree Fantastic Mr. Fox is a delightfully funny feast for the eyes with multi-generational appeal -- and it shows Wes Anderson has a knack for animation.
The Road - (70% Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes)

Ninja Assassin - (28% Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes)
Raizo is one of the deadliest assassins in the world. Taken from the streets as a child, he was transformed into a trained killer by the Ozunu Clan, a secret society whose very existence is considered a myth. Critical consensus is that the film is overly serious and incomprehensibly edited, Ninja Assassin fails to live up to the promise of its title.
Old Dogs - (08% Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes)
Two best friends -- one unlucky-in-love divorcee (ROBIN WILLIAMS) and the other a fun-loving bachelor (JOHN TRAVOLTA) -- have their lives turned upside down when they’re unexpectedly charged with the care of six-year-old twins while on the verge of the biggest business deal of their lives. Critics are saying its cast tries hard, but Old Dogs is a predictable, nearly witless attempt at physical comedy and moral uplift that misses the mark on both counts.
