Despicable Me doesn't come out until the summer of 2010, but after
watching the trailer this morning I can't help but start getting
excited about it. The animated film is about a character who is
infamous for stealing national monuments. The trailer is mildy
entertaining, but what really hooked me was the cast of voice actors:
Steve Carrell as the main character, Gru, with the likes of Jason
Segel, Danny McBride and Will Arnett providing their unique services
for support characters.
It's written by Ken Daurio and Cinco Paul who also wrote Horton Hears
a Who and Santa Clause 2. Not terribly notable films so hopefully they
put this star-studded cast to good use.
